Mr. Anil Sainani has in depth knowledge of developing family businesses and family constitution. We engaged him in 2011 and he did an in depth study of our family and business and we made written constitution for the family and I personally benefitted from the same as my bonding with the partners and family members increased. We are also freely able to communicate with each other about the issues that crop up from time to time. We have able to do our roles much more efficiently after the constitution and our business growth as also gone up a great deal. I think it is a must for all family businesses. We have implemented 70 per cent of the constitution. After four years from the date of signing of the constitution we went for a review to Mr. Sainani. It helped us further and now our family council takes care of the bonding of all family members and we go for a three day family retreat in a year.
